1. Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Optima Automotive (“Service Provider”) and {Client Name:119} (“Client”) and outlines the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will deliver digital marketing and web services to the Client.

7. General Provisions

• Both parties are independent contractors.
• This agreement is the entire understanding and supersedes all prior discussions.
• Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
