Is this a template website? +
No. Your website is planned around your shop’s services, branding, certifications, photos, market, and customer goals. The process is streamlined, but the finished presentation is specific to your business.
What does the monthly update time cover? +
It covers one consolidated request each month and up to 60 minutes of production time, such as changing text, replacing photos, updating hours, adding a testimonial, or changing existing links. Unused time does not roll over.
Is ongoing SEO included? +
The website launches with a search-ready technical foundation. Ongoing SEO, content publishing, directory management, local search work, and paid advertising are separate services that can be added later.
What happens if I cancel? +
The website is provided as an ongoing managed service and remains online while the subscription is active. You retain your domain, logo, photos, trademarks, and original materials. Optima retains the website design, code, hosting environment, and generated website files.
Do I have to move my domain? +
No. Your domain should remain registered in your name. We connect it to the website and help manage the technical setup without taking ownership of it.
What if I need more than one hour of changes? +
We will review the request first and provide an estimate. Additional work is completed only after you approve it, so there are no surprise charges.
