Is this a template website?
No. The process is streamlined, but the design is developed around your shop's branding, services, market, photos, credentials, priorities and preferred visual direction.
Do I have to build the website myself?
No. You complete a guided shop profile and Optima uses that information to design and build the website. You review the direction before anything is published.
Can you connect the website to the scheduling tools I already use?
Yes, when your existing system provides a customer-facing link or web destination. During setup, we ask about your scheduling, service-request, inspection, financing, review and customer tools so the appropriate website calls-to-action can be connected to them.
Does the $75 Founder rate increase after 12 months?
No. The initial agreement is 12 months, but Founder accounts remain grandfathered at $75 per month afterward for as long as the account remains continuously active.
What does the monthly update time include?
It includes one consolidated request per month and up to 60 minutes of production time. Examples include changing hours, replacing photos, updating text, adding a testimonial or changing existing links. Unused time does not roll over.
Is ongoing SEO included?
The website launches with a clean, search-ready technical foundation. Ongoing SEO, content publishing, local listing management, social media and paid advertising are available separately.
Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. Your domain should remain registered in your name. We connect it to the website without taking ownership of it.
What happens if I cancel?
The website is provided as an ongoing managed service and remains online while the subscription is active. You retain your domain, logo, photos, trademarks and original materials. Optima retains the website design, code, hosting environment and generated website files.
